* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of central California, including the following county, south central Monterey. * WHEN...Until 830 AM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 742 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain continues to fall over the advised area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Up to 0.25 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... King City, San Ardo, San Lucas and Bradley. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
