* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by heavy rainfall continues, especially in urban areas and poor drainage areas. * WHERE...A portion of central North Carolina, including the following counties, Franklin, Nash and Wilson. * WHEN...Until 1230 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1103 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - The ground remains saturated and the heavy rain will readily runoff causing minor flooding, especially in urban areas and locations where ditches and drainages remain full. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Rocky Mount, Nashville, Wilson, Elm City, Dortches, Bailey, Bunn, Red Oak, Sharpsburg, Kenly, Spring Hope, Lucama, Middlesex, Black Creek, Sims, Castalia, New Hope and Pilot.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
