Description:
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of Puerto Rico, including the following
counties, Lares, Las Marias, Maricao and San Sebastian.
* WHEN...Until 545 PM AST.
* IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. River
or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water in urban or other
areas is occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 443 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become
unstable and unsafe.
