* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of Puerto Rico, including the following counties, Adjuntas, Ciales, Jayuya and Utuado. * WHEN...Until 600 PM AST. * IMPACTS...Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 453 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Excessive runoff from recent heavy rains will continue to affect rivers and streams in these areas. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads. Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become unstable and unsafe.
