* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southwest California, including the following county, interior central San Luis Obispo. * WHEN...Until 700 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways. Shallow landslides. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 358 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Move to higher ground now. Act quickly to protect your life.
