* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of the Panhandle of Texas, including the following counties, Armstrong, Carson, Deaf Smith, Oldham, Potter and Randall. * WHEN...Until 715 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 422 PM CDT, Flooding has been reported at 34th and Coulter in Amarillo. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - The heavy rain has ended, but flooding will still be possible. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Amarillo, Canyon, Panhandle, Lake Tanglewood, Washburn, Mescalero Park, Bushland, Timbercreek Canyon and Pantex. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
