Description:
The Flood Advisory will expire at 7 PM AST this evening for a
portion of Puerto Rico, including the following areas, Las Marias,
Moca and San Sebastian.
Flood waters continue to slowly recede. The heavy rain has ended.
Urban and small stream flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. However please continue to heed to any remaining road
closures. Remain alert to ponded water on roads and allow time for
rivers and streams to return to normal levels during the next
several hours. Due to excessive runoff from the earlier heavy rains,
a flood warning remain in effect for Rio Culebrinas and tributaries.
