* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast South Carolina, including the following counties, Berkeley, Charleston and Dorchester. * WHEN...Until 915 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 711 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers with torrential rainfall impacting much of the Charleston Metro Area. A quick 1 to 2 inches of rain could fall, resulting in minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... North Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Summerville, Goose Creek, Hanahan, Downtown Charleston, West Ashley, I-26/I-526 Interchange, James Island and Daniel Island.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
