* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northeast South Carolina, including the following counties, Florence, Georgetown, Marion and Williamsburg. * WHEN...Until 1130 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1022 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain fell due to showers and thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Marion, Johnsonville, Pamplico, Hemingway, Kingsburg, Poston, Gresham, Brittons Neck, Outland, Hyman, Henry, Nesmith, Rhems, Claussen, Blue Brick and Stuckey. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
