* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of piedmont North Carolina, including the following counties, Cabarrus and Mecklenburg. * WHEN...Until 230 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1208 AM EDT, Several inches of rain has fallen throughout the day and streams across the Charlotte metro area running high. Additional light to moderate rain has resulted in enough runoff to boost several streams into action stage or low end minor. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
