* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive runoff continues. * WHERE...A portion of western North Carolina, including the following county, Henderson. * WHEN...Until 330 AM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 907 PM EDT, most stream gauges have returned to below- bankfull conditions. A handful of locations continue to experience above-bankfull conditions. The advisory will be allowed to continue until all sites are reporting a return to normal conditions. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
