In west central Virginia, Franklin. * WHEN...Until 530 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 234 AM EDT, Department of highways reported flooding in the advisory area, with a few road closures. Minor flooding is already occurring. - This includes the following streams and drainages...
