Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following
counties, Brazoria and Harris.
* WHEN...Until 1245 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1046 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Northwestern Pearland, northwestern Manvel, Greater Hobby
Area, western South Belt / Ellington, Brookside Village,
Golfcrest / Bellfort / Reveille, Minnetex, South Acres /
Crestmont Park, Hobby Airport and southeastern Central
Southwest.
