* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following county, Tom Green. * WHEN...Until midnight CDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1005 PM CDT,Radar indicated new development of showers and thunderstorms in the far northwestern part of Tom Green County, near and to the north and west of Carlsbad. This area received heavy rain earlier in the evening and the ground was becoming saturated. With additional rainfall of one half to one inch expected, some minor flooding is likely, especially in low-lying and poor drainage areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
