In southeast Oklahoma, McIntosh and Pittsburg. * WHEN...Until 815 PM CST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 620 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
