* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Oklahoma, including
the following counties, in east central Oklahoma, Muskogee. In
northeast Oklahoma, Creek, Okmulgee, Rogers, Tulsa and Wagoner.
* WHEN...Until 815 PM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 622 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.

Instruction:
