* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast Oklahoma, including the following counties, in east central Oklahoma, Cherokee and Muskogee. In northeast Oklahoma, Mayes, Rogers and Wagoner. In southeast Oklahoma, Haskell, McIntosh and Pittsburg. * WHEN...Until 1015 PM CST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 714 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches and locally higher are expected over the area.
