* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties, Crawford and Sebastian and Oklahoma, including the following counties, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore and Sequoyah. * WHEN...Until 100 AM CST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 942 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches and locally higher are expected over the area.
