Interests near the river, Tailwater Park, and the recreational vehicle campground should continue to monitor later forecasts. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:24 AM CST Monday the stage was 391.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to action stage to a crest of 399.0 feet tomorrow morning though remaining below flood stage.
