* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Bexar, Comal and Guadalupe. * WHEN...Until 115 AM CST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1002 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over portions of the area. This rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Antonio, New Braunfels, Schertz, Cibolo, Universal City, Live Oak, Selma, Randolph AFB, San Antonio Int Airport, Canyon Lake Dam, Stinson Municipal Airport, Canyon Lake, Kirby, Alamo Heights, Windcrest, Terrell Hills, Bulverde, Garden Ridge, Olmos Park and China Grove. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
