Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of east central Missouri, including the following counties, southern Franklin and western Saint Charles. * WHEN...Until 315 AM CST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1211 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen over the past 2 hours, in addition to several inches of rainfall earlier in the day. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... O'Fallon, Wildwood, Wentzville, Lake St. Louis, Washington, Dardenne Prairie, Union, Sullivan, Pacific, St. Clair, St. Paul, Villa Ridge, Gray Summit, New Melle, Parkway, Josephville, Augusta, Miramiguoa Park, Defiance and Lonedell.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
