Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of Puerto Rico, including the following
counties, Canovanas, Carolina, Loiza, Luquillo, Rio Grande and San
Juan.
* WHEN...Until 845 AM AST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 744 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
has fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
San Juan, Canovanas, Rio Grande, Loiza, Carolina, Trujillo
Alto, Luquillo, Vieques, Campo Rico, San Isidro, Santa
Barbara, La Dolores, Hato Candal, Playa Fortuna, Ramos,
Bartolo, Benitez, Lomas and Palmer.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
