* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of Puerto Rico, including the following counties, Humacao, Las Piedras and Yabucoa. * WHEN...Until 845 AM AST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways due to heavy rains. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 749 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Humacao, Las Piedras, Yabucoa, La Fermina, Martorell, Anton Ruiz, Punta Santiago, Playita, Candelero Arriba, Comunas, Rosa Sanchez, Bajandas, El Negro and Pueblito Del Rio. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
