Description:
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of North Mississippi, including the following
county, DeSoto and West Tennessee, including the following
counties, Fayette and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 630 PM CST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 326 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Bartlett, Southaven, Collierville, Germantown, Olive Branch,
Horn Lake, Hernando, Millington, Cordova, T O Fuller State
Park, Memphis, Lakeland, Arlington, Walls, Southeast Memphis,
Ellendale, Midtown Memphis, Frayser, Downtown Memphis and
Whitehaven.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
