* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of east central Georgia, including the following county, Burke and central South Carolina, including the following counties, Bamberg, Barnwell and Orangeburg. * WHEN...Until 415 AM EST. * IMPACTS...Overflowing poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 119 AM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Barnwell, Denmark, Williston, Blackville, Barnwell State Park, Springfield, Hilda, Snelling, Olar, Kline, Elko, Govan and Barnwell County Airport. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
