* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Georgia, including the following counties, Bulloch, Effingham and Screven and southeast South Carolina, including the following counties, Allendale, Colleton, Hampton and Jasper. * WHEN...Until 1000 AM EST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 648 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the advisory area. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hampton, Yemassee, Lake Warren State Park, Colleton, Varnville, Estill, Fairfax, Brunson, Gifford and Newington.
