* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Colleton County. * WHEN...Until 1030 AM EST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 735 AM EST, Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen across central and northern Colleton County overnight. Ireland Creek in Walterboro is currently at 7 feet and still rising. Additional heavy rainfall could push Ireland Creek into Minor flood stage this morning. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. - Some locations that could experience flooding include... Walterboro, Colleton, Cottageville, Smoaks, Lodge, Williams, Hendersonville, Ritter, Round O and Ruffin.
Instruction:
