Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Georgia, including the following
counties, Bryan, Bulloch, Chatham, Effingham, Evans, Liberty, Long
and Tattnall and southeast South Carolina, including the following
county, Jasper.
* WHEN...Until 100 PM EST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1103 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain continuing
to move into the area from the southwest. Between 3 and 5
inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will likely result in
minor flooding.
Instruction:
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
