* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Georgia, including the following counties, Bryan, Bulloch, Chatham, Effingham, Evans, Liberty, Long and Tattnall and southeast South Carolina, including the following county, Jasper. * WHEN...Until 100 PM EST. * IMPACTS...Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1219 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain continuing to move into the area from the southwest. Between 3 to 6 inches of rain have fallen. Minor street flooding has been reported. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that could experience flooding include... Pooler, Savannah, Richmond Hill, Glennville, Tybee Island, Claxton, Pembroke, and Fort Stewart.
