* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Georgia, including the following counties, Evans, Liberty, Long, McIntosh and Tattnall. * WHEN...Until 415 PM EST. * IMPACTS...Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 108 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain continuing to move in from the west. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 4 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
