Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Georgia, including the following counties, Bryan and Chatham. * WHEN...Until 515 PM EST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 310 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 4 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding, including water across roadways. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Pooler, Richmond Hill, Tybee Island, I-16/I-95 Interchange, Hunter Army Airfield, Windsor Forest, Savannah International Airport, Coffee Bluff, Downtown Savannah and Midtown Savannah.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
