North Fork Red River near Headrick affecting Tillman, Jackson and Kiowa Counties. East Cache Creek near Walters affecting Comanche and Cotton Counties. Red River near Burkburnett affecting Wichita, Tillman, Clay, Jefferson and Cotton Counties. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...North Fork Red River near Headrick. * WHEN...Until Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Shallow flooding or isolation of agricultural lands and rural roads occurs in Kiowa... Jackson... and Tillman counties. Upstream points in Kiowa County may see flooding several hours before the crest reaches the Headrick area. The flood crest reaches downstream points near Tipton much later. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CST Thursday the stage was 7.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.5 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 13.5 feet early Saturday morning. It will then fall to 12.9 feet Saturday evening. It will rise to 13.8 feet early Sunday afternoon.
