North Fork Red River near Headrick affecting Tillman, Jackson and Kiowa Counties. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...North Fork Red River near Headrick. * WHEN...Until Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Shallow flooding or isolation of agricultural lands and rural roads occurs in Kiowa... Jackson... and Tillman counties. Upstream points in Kiowa County may see flooding several hours before the crest reaches the Headrick area. The flood crest reaches downstream points near Tipton much later. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:00 AM CST Friday the stage was 7.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.5 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 13.5 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall to 12.9 feet tomorrow evening. It will rise to 13.8 feet Sunday evening.
