Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Kansas, including the following
counties, Clark, Ford, Gray, Haskell, Hodgeman and Meade.
* WHEN...Until 930 PM CST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 330 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause
minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches
of rain have fallen.

Dodge City, Cimarron, Meade, Montezuma, Ashland, Minneola,
Fowler, Copeland, Ingalls, Ensign, Bloom, Englewood, Sitka,
The Haggard Elev, Missler, Howell, Ft. Dodge, Clark State
Lake, Meade State Park and Kingsdown.
