...The Flood Advisory continues for the following rivers in
Oklahoma...
North Fork Red River near Headrick affecting Jackson, Tillman and
Kiowa Counties.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...North Fork Red River near Headrick.
* WHEN...Until early Monday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Near bankfull stages or higher occur along
the river occur in Kiowa... Jackson... and Tillman counties.
Upstream points in Kiowa County may see high stages several hours
before the crest reaches the Headrick area. The crest reaches
downstream points near Tipton much later.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 2:00 AM CST Saturday the stage was 11.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 13.5 feet.
- Forecast...The North Fork Red River is expected to rise to a
crest of 13.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
- Action stage is 12.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
