* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...The following counties, in northern Kentucky, Campbell and Kenton and the following counties, in southwest Ohio, Clermont and Hamilton. * WHEN...Until 330 PM EST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1229 PM EST, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Covington, Independence, Erlanger, Edgewood, Alexandria, Elsmere, Highland Heights, Taylor Mill, Fort Wright, Forestville, Wilder, Silver Grove, Melbourne, Salem Heights, Coldstream, Withamsville, Cold Spring, Ryland Heights, Sherwood and Crestview.
