* WHAT...Minor Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northern California, including the following
counties, Butte and Glenn.
* WHEN...Until 1015 PM PST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 406 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.
- Radar estimates show that from 0.75 to 1.25 inches of rain
has fallen between Durham and Glenn over the past hour.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Glenn and Butte City.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
