North Fork Red River near Headrick affecting Kiowa, Jackson and Tillman Counties. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...North Fork Red River near Headrick. * WHEN...Until early Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Near bankfull stages or higher occur along the river occur in Kiowa... Jackson... and Tillman counties. Upstream points in Kiowa County may see high stages several hours before the crest reaches the Headrick area. The crest reaches downstream points near Tipton much later. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:00 AM CST Monday the stage was 6.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.5 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 10.8 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall to 10.3 feet tomorrow evening. It will rise to 12.8 feet Wednesday evening.
