North Fork Red River near Headrick affecting Jackson, Tillman and Kiowa Counties. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...North Fork Red River near Headrick. * WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, near bankfull stages or higher occur in Kiowa, Jackson and Tillman Counties. Upstream points in Kiowa County may see high stages several hours before the crest reaches the Headrick area. The crest reaches downstream points near Tipton much later. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 AM CST Tuesday the stage was 12.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.5 feet. - Forecast...The North Fork Red River is expected to rise to 13.5 feet this morning. - Action stage is 12.0 feet. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
