Jackson... and Tillman counties. Upstream points in Kiowa County may see high stages several hours before the crest reaches the Headrick area. The crest reaches downstream points near Tipton much later. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CST Tuesday the stage was 13.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.5 feet. - Forecast...The North Fork Red River will fall to 11.8 feet late this evening.
