* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Areas across the Highway 101 corridor through northern and central Sonoma County, including the City of Santa Rosa. * WHEN...Until 215 PM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas, rises in small streams, overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 119 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Rapid rises on Colgan Creek will continue and minor flooding will be possible. Between 2.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Colgan Creek is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Windsor, Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Cotati, Larkfield-Wikiup, Roseland, South Santa Rosa Cdp, Forestville, South Santa Rosa and Graton. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
