* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of central and northwest California, including the following counties, in central California, Lake. In northwest California, southeastern Mendocino. * WHEN...Until 215 PM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At noon PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Rainfall rates will be heavy at times and the situation may evolve to a greater flooding threat as the day progresses - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
