* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northwest California, including the following county, northwestern Humboldt. * WHEN...Until 400 PM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 145 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. A greater flood risk will likely develop as the day progresses, as well as tonight. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
