* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of central and northwest California, including the following counties, in central California, northwestern Lake. In northwest California, northeastern Mendocino. * WHEN...Until 500 PM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 247 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Rainfall rates are heavy and the situation may evolve to a greater flooding threat as the day progresses. - Additional rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches are expected over the area.
