* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of northwest California, including the following counties, Lake and Mendocino. * WHEN...Until noon PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 924 AM PST, Small rivers, streams and creeks will slowly recede today. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
