* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northwest California, including the following county, Del Norte. * WHEN...Until noon PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 924 AM PST, Small rivers, creeks and streams will slowly recede today. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
