* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding is ongoing. * WHERE...A portion of northern California, including the following county, central Sonoma. * WHEN...Until 315 PM PST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 914 AM PST, river gauge reports indicate minor to moderate flood. Between 10 and 20 inches of rain have fallen since Wednesday. - The vast majority of the rain has already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible over the area but shouldn't contribute to any significant additional flooding impact. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
