* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northern California, including the following
counties, northwestern Alameda and central Contra Costa.
* WHEN...Until 145 PM PST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1040 AM PST, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in
the advisory area. This is causing urban and small stream
flooding.

Oakland, Concord, Berkeley, Richmond, Antioch, Alameda,
Walnut Creek, Pittsburg, Danville, Martinez, Pleasant Hill,
Lafayette, Albany, Orinda, Moraga, Clayton, Piedmont,
Emeryville, Waldon and Moraga Town.
