* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana, including the following parishes, St. Tammany and Tangipahoa and southern Mississippi, including the following counties, Hancock and Pearl River. * WHEN...Until 330 PM CST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1136 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - 0.5 to 1 inch of rainfall has already fallen in some areas, with additional rainfall expected to increase in coverage and intensity over the next few hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
