* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of western Kentucky, including the following county, Trigg. * WHEN...Until 700 PM CST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 457 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rains with radar estimates of 2 or more inches having already fallen across parts of Trigg county, and one last round of heavy rainfall expected. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Cadiz, Wranglers Campground, Energy Lake Campground, Golden Pond Visitors Center, Land Between The Lakes Area, Turkey Bay, Canton, Rockcastle and Linton. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
